Protecting personal information is of the utmost importance to Alchemy Systems LP (also “Alchemy”). Therefore, we have prepared the Alchemy Systems Web Site Privacy Policy to inform you as to how we will use the information you entrust to us.
In general, you can visit www.alchemysystems.com on the World Wide Web without telling us who you are, or providing us with any information. However, we collect the domain names (not the e-mail addresses) of all visitors to measure the pages visited, average time spent on the web site, etc. We use this information to continually improve the convenience and functionality of our web site. We may also conduct online surveys to better understand the needs and profiles of our visitors.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, when you provide personal information on the Alchemy web site, you are agreeing to share that information with Alchemy Systems and its subsidiary companies. By using our web site, you explicitly consent to transferring the data provided to Alchemy servers located in the United States and perhaps other regions of the world. Alchemy Systems, however, cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit, and you do so at your own risk.

By using this feature, you explicitly agree to obtain permission to send such email. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify Alchemy Systems to claims from the third party with respect to this feature.

Alchemy Systems does not knowingly solicit information from children, and we do not knowingly market our products or services to children.
7. California Privacy Rights
Under California Law SB 27, California residents have the right to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom we have shared information about you or your family for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and a description of the categories of personal information shared. To make such a request, please send an email to contactus@alchemysystems.com and please include the phrase “California Privacy Request” in the subject line, and provide us with your name, address and email address. We will respond to you within thirty days of receiving such a request.
8. Changes
The Alchemy Systems Web Site Privacy Policy may be amended by Alchemy Systems from time to time. Please review this policy on a periodic basis.
