Ditch Boring Training: New Ways to Better Train and Engage Your Workforce

Learn new ways to develop engaging, memorable, and empowering training that stays top of mind.

Slides and outdated videos have ruled the training room for a long time. Are they effective? They don’t work as well as you might think. Effective employee training tells a story, provides real-world examples, and connects with employees at an emotional level. Which would you prefer, dynamic story-telling or death by PowerPoint?

Join Alchemy’s webinar and learn from the food industry’s best on how to develop engaging, memorable, and empowering training that ensures retention and behavior change.

Key takeaways:

  • Build training content through the lens of the learner, not the teacher – consider “What’s in it for me?” to maximize knowledge retention
  • Design ahead of time – keep learning objectives and desired training outcomes in mind before you set your KPI goals
  • Deliver engaging training and consistently track results by leveraging Alchemy’s learning and communication solutions
