This year, the American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI) will host their Frozen Food Convention on February 18th- 22nd in San Diego, California.  Alchemy will be co-sponsoring the event and will have an exhibit booth available for all conference attendees to see a demonstration of our SISTEM training platform.
