2012 NMA Annual Convention

This year, the National Meat Association (NMA) celebrates their 66th Annual Convention on February 14-18th in Tucson, Arizona.  The NMA brings together meat packers and processors, equipment manufacturers and food suppliers to discuss current issues facing the meat industry including food safety, work place issues, and emerging market trends.

Alchemy will be co-sponsoring the convention and will have a table for more information about our SISTEM training platform during the Supplier Spotlight Reception on Thursday, February 16th. SISTEM is used in over one thousand facilities, including NMA members such as AB Foods and Caviness Beef Packers, to effectively and efficiently deliver, document and manage personnel training.
