The SISTEM Learning Management System (LMS) is a secured online database that tracks, documents and reports your training activities. Records can be accessed per participant across multiple training locations with controlled log-ins. The SISTEM documentation meets federal e-signature requirements, which means sign-in sheets can be eliminated.

SISTEM enables you to deliver and document your training activities in multiple fashions. Whether you are training individuals or groups of up to 150, SISTEM can accommodate your needs with e-Learning or through the use of hand held remotes. Other types of training such as instructor-led or on-the-job can also be facilitated using the SISTEM platform.
Incorporate & track your own content.
In addition to the comprehensive library of industry-specific courses in SISTEM, administrators can upload their own content including videos, PowerPoint presentations or any Windows-compatible media to create company or job-specific courses. Administrators can also create corresponding tests and evaluations to track the attendance and comprehension of the participants.
Engage your audience.
SISTEM is known for its ability to entertain while educating. Each 15- to 20-minute course captures the participant's attention with a humorous video followed by learning objectives and multiple-choice questions. If a question is answered incorrectly, SISTEM reiterates the learning objective and alters the question to ensure comprehension before continuing. SISTEM courses conclude with a summary video and fun game to recap important information.
