    Our project management team first works to gather requirements for your courses. This can include establishing your overall goals, determining stakeholders in the process, deciding on any designated subject matter experts (SME) within your organization to assist in the curriculum design, and setting timeline expectations for the project.

    Once requirements are established, our focus shifts to instructional design to determine the learning objectives for your course. Utilizing input from SMEs within your organization, or based on research, our instructional designers create a high-level outline for each course. Pending client review, outlines are developed into working scripts, which are then reviewed and approved before production.

    After scripts are approved, our production team works closely with your point of contact or liaison to create storyboards and shot lists as well as arrangements for any photo/video shooting and translations. Our courses use a combination of photography, video, animation, illustration, and professional voiceover for a completely polished presentation, one that your organization will be proud to use.

    Once all assets are created and edited, the content is compiled for your review online via our course portal. This enables you the opportunity to post feedback on the final product to ensure we have executed your goals successfully. Courses then undergo rigorous quality assurance testing by our experience Quality Control Team as the final review phase.

    Finally, your courses are ready for deployment to the different facilities within your plan, where Alchemy will ensure a successful implementation of your courseware. Your content libraries are updated in the SISTEM LMS and a DVD installer is sent to install your specific content package to the different work sites.
