Asset Protection Veteran Mike Limauro Joins Alchemy

AUSTIN, Texas — Alchemy Systems today announced that retail industry veteran Mike Limauro has joined the company as vice president of asset protection, risk and safety programs. Limauro will work closely with Alchemy clients around the world as they evaluate and enhance their own safety and asset protection programs.

“Mike has a great track record at leading retailers in combining creative thinking and new technologies to drive profit expansion and improve safety programs,” said Jeff Eastman, CEO of Alchemy Systems. “Mike has been directing loss prevention programs for more than 20 years at grocery chains, big box retailers, and upscale department stores and will be instrumental in assisting our retail clients to take their asset protection and risk management programs to the next level.”

Prior to Alchemy, Limauro was vice president of asset protection at Weis Markets, where he was responsible for loss prevention, safety, risk management, insurance, food safety and quality control. He has also held senior loss prevention leadership positions at Kmart and SuperValu. He is on the board of directors for the Loss Prevention Foundation and the editorial board for Innovative Retail Technologies magazine.
