Arletha Parks – Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc.
Arletha is the Director of Regulatory and Consumer Affairs at Reser’s Fine Foods, a leading manufacturer of Ready-to-Eat deli salads and side dishes. In addition to her role in Regulatory Affairs, she also leads the FSMA implementation group and recently coordinated the certification of 76 PCQIs for the company. During her career Arletha has held leadership roles in Quality Assurance, Operations, Technical Services, and Regulatory Affairs. She is a member Northwest Food Processors Association Operations and Technical Affairs Committee and the Refrigerated Foods Association Technical Committee. Arletha holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Marylhurst University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Food Safety from Michigan State University.
