Jennifer Weber – Sargento Foods, Inc.
Jennifer Weber is the Food Safety Manager at Sargento Foods Inc. In her role, she is responsible for the oversight of food safety training, food safety plans, and food defense at Sargento. She has more than 16 years of experience in food safety and quality in bottling and food manufacturing. Jennifer is an ASQ Certified HACCP Auditor, Certified Food Defense Coordinator through AIB, and has completed the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food training course. She also brings experience with both SQF and BRC certifications in the dairy industry. Jennifer is a graduate of Lakeland College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and also holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian University.
