Kevin Hernandez – Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc.
For over 15 years Kevin has seen the company go from a smaller family owned salad producer to one of the largest refrigerated foods manufacturers in the US with 5000 employees and 16 manufacturing plants across the country. His experience includes all the challenges that go with immense growth and acquiring other companies (and their cultures). His responsibilities have ranged from Dept. of Transportation safety compliance to property fire protection and from internal safety audits to developing company specific safety S.O.P.s.
Currently Kevin’s focus is in the critical area of employee training comprehension and how that translates to daily work in the field, “are employees doing what they have learned or does production dictate how they do their tasks.”
