Todd Clayton – Park 100 Foods
Todd Clayton is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with over 20 years of experience in the field. Todd started his safety journey after earning his Master’s degree in Occupational Safety from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. He began his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry and since has worked in construction, hospital settings, on a petroleum pipeline system, managed the safety efforts at a chemical manufacture ring plant and currently serves as the Corporate Safety Manager for Park 100 Foods. Todd also provided safety support during his time in the US Nave reserves where he retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer.
Currently Todd’s focus is on establishing a solid performing safety culture through quality safety programming and an efficient employee training system. He always works to blend employee accountability, ownership and quality behavior programming to enhance the safety culture of a company.
