Bill launched SugarCreekU to build a better version of our employees and SugarCreek. As the first Dean of the SugarCreekU, Bill and his team are creating a new management culture in the fast-growing protein business. He just finished a tour of duty as the director of Northern Kentucky University’s Entrepreneurial Institute and professor in the Entrepreneurship program. Bill was an Executive-in-Residence with CincyTech, a public/private hybrid seed fund. Prior to CincyTech, he led Diamond Fiber Composites which manufactured nickel coated carbon fiber. Bill taught as an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies at Xavier University and Director of the Xavier Entrepreneurial Center. He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
