Building Sustainability for COVID-19 and Beyond
The onset of COVID-19 forced many manufacturers to confront a blind spot: a lack of preparedness to sustain operations while preventing spread of infection among the workforce. Your frontline workforce is the key to keeping your facilities running, especially during a crisis. But they often receive no training in crisis response. Until now.
Intertek Alchemy is unveiling our latest training course library that covers safety, hygiene, deep cleaning, and crisis response protocols to ensure your entire team is prepared. It includes courses for frontline workers, and advanced material for supervisors and managers.
Join our webinar to preview the course content and learn tips and techniques for continuous improvement in crisis management. Our discussion will cover:
- The role of supervisors and managers in infectious disease prevention and response
- Best practices for frontline workers in preventing illness at work and home
- Important soft skills to manage team stress and tension
- How to respond to positive cases of illnesses
