Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the food industry, specializing in food safety, quality assurance, and plant management. Jeff was previously a Plant Manager in two food processing facilities. Jeff and his consulting team have extensive experience helping companies meet regulatory compliance and audit standards.

Xavier Aguilera
Bumble Bee Foods, Corporate EHS Manager

Xavier has over 16 years of experience in manufacturing with an emphasis on environmental health and safety (EHS). He joined the Bumble Bee Foods family over five years ago with a focus on management of Bumble Bee’s corporate-wide safety culture. Prior to working at Bumble Bee, he worked at Parker Aerospace and Brenntag Pacific, managing all aspects of the company’s EHS and Quality programs. Xavier holds multiple certifications, is an Industrial Engineer, and holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Webster University. Xavier is also a proud United States Army Veteran and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.
