Talent Development Specialist and Instructional Designer, Daybreak Foods Inc.

Lisa Goljenboom joined Daybreak Foods in 2019 as the Talent Development Specialist and Instructional Designer. In this role, she took the resigns to centralize the learning function and implement Alchemy across Daybreak Foods’ 12 locations, update the safety and quality training, create weekly reports and implement the coach observation tool. A year and a half later, Daybreak Foods 600 employees have completed over 7,000 courses resulting in better understanding of the organization’s commitment to safety and easy access to training records. Lisa’s 20 years of experience in learning and development, her degree in Human Resources and her ability to manage large scale learning initiatives set her up for success in this role. When she is not developing training or managing learning management systems, Lisa enjoys going on adventures with her husband, Joe, and her two crazy dogs, spending time with family and trying new restaurants.
