The Importance of Creating an Effective Safety Plan with ISO 45001
Duration: 1 hour
ISO 45001 is an international occupational health and safety management standard published on March 2018; it replaces the commonly used OHSAS 18001 standard. Under the ISO 45001 standard, organizations need to determine what hazards, risks, and opportunities their systems will manage, plan how it will be done, and provide the necessary system resources.
In the third installment of our ISO 45001 webinar series, Rick Gehrke, Environmental Safety & Health Consultant, will discuss how effective planning and adequate support contribute to the success of an OH&S management system.
- Identifying and treating risks and opportunities
- Complying with legal and other requirements
- Setting and planning for attainment of OH&S objectives
- Providing necessary resources for success
