On-site training

Alchemy’s on-site training is designed to help our clients learn more about the feature sets and usability of SISTEM® before the product is rolled out into your business. Your investment in on-site training offers you the opportunity to have an expert trainer come to your location to introduce all aspects of the application via an instructor-led training.

Online training helps to control costs while still getting the most benefit from your SISTEM installation. Alchemy offers webinars of various topics related to many of the basic and advanced features of SISTEM such as Reports and Learning Plans. In addition, clients may purchase a webinar on a specific topic as needed.

Is there any way I can avoid choosing courses every time we train?

Yes. If you will be training using the same set of courses on multiple occasions you can create a SISTEM playlist. The playlist can be loaded each time you deliver training, eliminating the need to select each course individually.

After completing training, I need to run a report to review the results and determine which users still need to take the training. Which report should I use?

The most versatile report is the User Status Report. It has an array of parameters that allow you to access varied information across your user base.

Is there a way I can use our training material or content in SISTEM?

Yes. With SISTEM, you have the ability to create Company Specific Course with your existing training assets. The files must be saved to the SISTEM machine and the computer must have the software to support the playback of the media in order for the course to play properly.

We trained some people recently & it uploaded fine but I can’t find my users in the user listing. Where should I access the records?

If the users were added in the SISTEM program, the records do not proceed directly to the User Listing unless an identical record already exists. The records can be found in the validation queue which should be monitored each week.

I forgot my password. … What should I do?

Can I add questions to my company specific course?

Clients can add questions to their company specific course by adding a linked test to the course content. Not all clients have this feature enabled. If you would like to enable this feature, please contact your Account Manager or Support at 888-988-8832 or email us.
