Alchemy Wins 2018 Top Online Learning Library Award

Training Industry Magazine Recognizes Alchemy Systems for Courseware Quality, Quantity, and Innovation

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Alchemy Systems, the global leader in food and workplace safety training, has won an award honoring the 2018 Top Online Library Companies. The award, created by Training Industry Magazine, recognizes training marketplace leaders in the U.S. that support corporate learning and development.

"Not only are industry subject matter experts involved in creating all the courses, but we also have award-winning graphic designers and adult learning experts who understand effective training techniques working side by side.”

Training Industry examined several criteria when choosing the 20 winners, including industry visibility; innovation and impact; breadth and quality of courses and content; company size and growth potential; geographic reach; and the quality of clients.

Alchemy’s cutting-edge training solutions are designed for frontline production workers in the food and manufacturing industries. Alchemy’s comprehensive courseware library contains hundreds of courses covering topics related to Workplace Safety, Food Safety, Human Resources, and Operations.

“Alchemy is known for having the biggest food safety training course library,” said Alchemy’s Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, Raj Shah. “And the quality of the courseware is outstanding — not only are industry subject matter experts involved in creating all the courses, but we also have award-winning graphic designers and adult learning experts who understand effective training techniques working side by side.”

Alchemy’s courseware, which covers topics in workplace safety, human resources, and operations as well as food safety, focuses on ensuring comprehension while minimizing time spent off the production floor. Courses are interactive and feature short, focused modules supported by high-definition imagery and video depicting real-world situations that resonate with frontline workers. To keep up with evolving standards and regulations, courses are updated and added on a regular basis.

“We’re very excited to win this award for our course library,” said Alchemy’s CEO Jeff Eastman. “And after looking at the other companies who won, I can tell you we’re proud to be in such great company.”

Along with Alchemy, other winners included online learning leaders Harvard Business Publishing, Vector Solutions, and Udemy, to name a few.
