Alchemy Wins 4 Awards Recognizing its Expertise and Great Workplace Culture

Alchemy Systems today announced it has been named to four different industry recognition lists that highlight its growth, expertise, and work environment.
Inc.’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies in America
Described as “the superheroes of the U.S. economy… America’s fastest-growing private companies wield powers like strategy, service, and innovation.” In 2016, Alchemy rose 385 slots on the Inc. list after achieving 122 percent revenue growth over a three-year period.
TrainingIndustry.com’s Top 20 Workforce Development Providers
This is Alchemy’s third year on the list by Training Industry, which spotlights the latest news, case studies and best practices within the training industry. This list is based on a number of criteria, including capability to develop and deliver customized corporate training services, depth and breadth of subject matter expertise, geographic reach, and industry visibility, innovation and impact. The list is not ranked, but inclusive of all 20 companies named.
Austin American-Statesman’s Top Workplaces
For the third year in a row, Alchemy has made the Statesman’s Top Workplaces in Austin list. The newspaper describes its list this way: “These companies have been recognized as Top Workplaces based solely on surveys about the workplace completed by their employees. BuiltIn, a talent solutions company, named Alchemy on the Built In Austin Top 100 digital employers list, based on the number of local, full-time employees. The top five companies on the list include Dell, IBM, Apple, Oracle, and Solarwinds.
