Bob has extensive knowledge in the training and development industry and Instructional Design arena. He currently sits on the Alchemy Industry Advisory Council. Chance is an experienced digital product manager with expertise in user research and applying design thinking to technical products for a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Intertek Alchemy, Chance served as Senior Program Manager at frog, where he led design programs for clients ranging from Fortune 100 technology companies to stealth-mode transportation startups. He is passionate about user-centric design thinking and uniting quantitative and qualitative data to reveal the comprehensive big picture.
