As a seasonal vegetable processor, approximately 100 seasonal workers are onboarded annually including temporary foreign workers. Bonduelle has effectively reduced the number of medical aid incidents and plans to celebrate 3 years of No Lost Time Incidents this year. The team has successfully improved the retention rate in full time employees by 50% and has implemented a development plan program for employees expressing an interest in growing with our company.
