Bonnie Curtis
Chief Human Resource Officer, Castellini

Bonnie has a long track record of accelerating growth for two very different companies, Procter & Gamble and Castellini. Her experience brings expertise in management, supply chain, human resources and sales. Noteably, she lived in Guangzhou, China for eight years where she ran the largest P&G plant in Asia.

Ms. Curtis is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Chemical Engineering. She is in a dual career marriage, has moved five times and raised four children over the course of her career. In her spare time, Bonnie has been an Instructor of Tae Kwan Do at Countryside YMCA and serves at Perfect North with the National Ski Patrol. She is now enrolled in a PhD program for Leadership and Change.

Emily Francone
Director of Compliance, JBS USA

Emily is the Director of Compliance for JBS USA, a multinational protein production company. With a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and a background in project management and process improvement, Emily brings efficient processes and sustainable solutions to the compliance function. Previously, Emily led Supply Chain and Inventory functions for Cabela’s, and Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance for a Nebraska ethanol plant.

In her role at JBS, she and her team bring consistency and simplicity to compliance initiatives across an extensive network of production facilities across the globe.

Craig Cude
Director of Human Resources, Lineage Logistics, USA

Craig has extensive progressive Human Resources experience and graduated with an MBA and a BBA in HR. He earned his SPHR, SHRM–SCP and Six Sigma Blackbelt certifications.

Craig has led the HR strategy at Henningsen Cold Storage–one of the nation’s top cold storage providers; supported the Replenishment and Asset Protection groups at the Walmart Home Office; and created and directed the Albertson’s LLC pharmacy HR department. His time with these leading companies has helped give him the knowledge and knowhow to best support matrixed global organizations as well as experience building partnerships at all levels of the organization.

He is an avid supporter of youth development and has been twice awarded Regional Boy Scout leader of the year. Craig enjoys backpacking and hiking in the Sawtooth Mountains, fly fishing and spending time with his wife and two boys.
