EIAG focuses on helping companies identify job training grants and other financial incentives. EIAG then helps their clients apply for the funding, and most importantly manage the government reporting to remain in compliance with the grant and incentive programs.

During the past twenty years, Bryant and members of his firm have uncovered government funding for many of the Fortune 100 Companies as well as hundreds of regional and single location companies. He has served on the Board of Directors of many organizations including Canyon Angels, The Humane Society and global health organizations. He has been a featured speaker at HR and Finance Forums to discuss how companies can leverage government funding to upskill their workforce.
