Senior Training Manager, Campbells

During Cristi’s 12+ year career at Campbells, she has held various leadership roles in Human Resources, Safety, and Training at a large manufacturing location. Seeing the potential and benefits, early in her career at Campbell’s, Cristi expressed interest in supporting any technology project launches for the manufacturing network. In 2020, she acted as co-lead for the Alchemy platform launch across the enterprise to over 20 locations. Most recently, Cristi was promoted to Senior Training Manager for the Supply Chain to focus on the ambitious training and development agenda for the Campbell’s workforce, which will continue to build upon the digitization of training throughout the company.

Eric Teague
Senior Consultant, Training Strategy, Intertek Alchemy

Eric has an extremely well-rounded background in Food Manufacturing having held leadership roles within Environmental Health and Safety, Food Safety/Quality Assurance, and Human Resources over the past 15 years. He has implemented Alchemy Solutions at dozens of manufacturing sites and previous to joining the Alchemy Consulting Team, he led the rollout of mobile solutions (Coach and Playbook) at Tyson Foods while part of their Corporate HR team. He specializes in creative approaches to Group-Based and e-learning offerings while tackling the challenges of multiple-language workforces. Eric holds several industry certifications including SQF, PCQI, HACCP, True LEAN, and has worked with USDA and FDA certified facilities.
